In my current role, I lead and support the content and functionality of NFL's digital media properties, such as NFL+ Live game streaming, NFL.com, NFL Network, NFL RedZone, NFL Fantasy, and the 32 Clubs' websites. I also manage the NFL Support team, which handles user requests, NFL+ customer care, data privacy, and data subject requests
In my current role, I lead and support the content and functionality of NFL's digital media properties, such as NFL+ Live game streaming, NFL.com, NFL Network, NFL RedZone, NFL Fantasy, and the 32 Clubs' websites. I also manage the NFL Support team, which handles user requests, NFL+ customer care, data privacy, and data subject requests for all NFL digital properties and 32 clubs. Additionally, I provide operational support and content strategy guidance for the content management system (CMS) that powers NFL's digital media.
